February 08, 2017 – Award Winning Flamenco Guitarist Eric Harper created a unique sound all his own. His music was melodically entrancing, ferocious and harmonically soul-stirring to the core. Eric Harper is an exotic fusion of Rock and Flamenco. Think Dave Matthews meets the Gypsy Kings. Not only can his hands move like lightning like the Gypsy Kings but his voice is smooth, velvety and invokes a strength that moves even the biggest music skeptic. Eric has four CDs that reflect his many styles: The Best of Eric Harper, A Very Timely Christmas, Rompera Madrugada and Ribeira. JUNE 25, 2016 – The Indian Head Grand Theatre hosted a SOLD OUT concert performed by Jess Moskaluke, Saskatchewan’s Sweetheart. Todd Bowes nicknamed the cowboy blues singer was the opening act. A country, rockabilly blues artist, Todd has played at the Craven Country Jamboree, Casino Regina and Regina blues festival. The concert was followed by an all ages Cabaret DJ’d by Derek Blayone of Bonfire Tunes who had the crowd rocking. This successful event was a big step towards paying for a new roof for the Grand Theatre. Thanks went out to everyone who helped support this event: from organizing, to volunteering, buying tickets, and especially to those brave volunteers who came out the morning after clean up.
